1 ml (equivalent to 14 drops) Laxoberal® laxative drops contains 7.78 mg sodium picosulfate-1 water (equivalent to 7.5 mg sodium picosulfate), citric acid 1-water, sodium citrate-2 water, sorbitol 70 (equivalent to 450 mg sorbitol), purified water and sodium benzoate.

Contraindications

Laxoberal® laxative drops should not be used in cases of known hypersensitivity to one of the ingredients or triarylmethanes, intestinal narrowing with impaired intestinal passage, intestinal obstruction, acute abdominal complaints that require surgical treatment, significant lack of fluid in the body, acute inflammatory diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, congenital intolerance to sorbitol or fructose and in children under 4 years of age.During pregnancy and breastfeeding as well as in older children it is only permitted to be taken on medical advice.

Dosage

Adults take 10 to 18 drops daily, children aged 4 and over take 5 to 9 drops.It is best to take the drops in the evening with enough liquid, as the effect usually occurs 10 to 12 hours after ingestion.Long-term use should be clarified by a doctor.
