MAGNESIUM Diasporal® 150 capsules are a practical and tasteless solution against cramps and tension caused by a magnesium deficiency.These capsules are particularly suitable for people who prefer a tasteless magnesium intake and want to take it several times a day.They are ideal for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Each capsule contains 150 mg of magnesium and is small and easy to swallow.The capsules are sugar-free, sweetener-free, gluten-free and lactose-free.The recommended intake is one capsule each morning and evening, preferably before meals and with plenty of liquid.

Active ingredients and ingredients

Contraindications
