Biguanelle vaginal solution is a special isotonic gynecological solution with a pH of 4.0.It is used to support the natural balance in the vagina, especially during and after the treatment of vaginal infections.Whether through physical or medicinal therapies - Biguanelle helps to maintain a healthy vaginal environment and thus supports healing.The product contains polyhexanide (PHMB), an effective antibacterial active ingredient that is characterized by its high tolerability when used on the mucous membrane.

Area of application

Biguanelle vaginal solution is suitable for the treatment of vulvovaginitis and cervicovaginitis of any cause and type. By restoring and maintaining the natural vaginal environment, it contributes to wound healing and supports the protection and barrier building of the mucous membrane.Biguanelle is particularly recommended for adult women who have undergone physical procedures such as DTC, laser therapy or cryotherapy.

Biguanelle vaginal solution contains the following ingredients: hydroxyethylcellulose 0.60 g, lactic acid 0.20 g, glycerin 2.00 g, potassium chloride 0.15 g, sodium edetate 0.10 g, polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride (PHMB) 0.10 g and purified water qs.to 100 ml.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, the product should not be used.

Dosage

Biguanelle vaginal solution is used once.Following medical advice, repeated application may be possible after four days.
