Area of application

This mineral preparation is used to prevent calcium deficiency when there is increased need, such as during growth, pregnancy or breastfeeding.It also supports the treatment of osteoporosis.

Active ingredients and ingredients

Each effervescent tablet contains 1250 mg of calcium carbonate, which corresponds to 500 mg of calcium ions.The following excipients are also included: 25 mg aspartame, phenylalanine, anhydrous citric acid, Dimeticon 1000, 350 mg lactose 1-water, macrogol 6000, methyl cellulose, povidone K25, saccharin sodium 2-water, highly disperse silicon dioxide, sorbic acid, 23 mg sodium ions and lemon aroma.

Contraindications

The medicine must not be taken if calcium concentrations in the blood or urine are too high, if limbs are immobilized for a long time, if there are calcium-containing kidney stones or calcification of the kidneys, or if you are hypersensitive to the active ingredient or any of the other ingredients.

Dosage

Always take the medicine exactly as directed.The usual dose is 500 to 1000 mg of calcium daily, equivalent to 1 to 2 effervescent tablets per day.The treatment of calcium deficiency and osteoporosis is long-term.The duration of use should be discussed with your doctor.No prescription is required for this product.

Dissolve the effervescent tablets in a glass of water and take them with or after eating.
