The foam wound dressing UrgoTül Lite Border is a thin, self-adhesive product suitable for the treatment of acute and chronic wounds. It consists of an absorbent dressing pad, a protective backing and a microadhesive TLC-matrix. The dressing allows little drainage of wound exudate and protects the wound environment from maceration. The flexible backing conforms to the relief of the wound and the microadhesive matrix promotes a moist wound environment to support the healing process. The dressing is suitable for traumatic, post-operative and burn wounds as well as for lower leg and pressure ulcers. Contraindications exist in case of hypersensitivity to the dressing.
