The active ingredient in NUROFEN® Ibuprofen 400 mg is ibuprofen, an active ingredient from the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).Ibuprofen has a pain-relieving and fever-reducing effect. NUROFEN® Ibuprofen 400 mg is used to treat the acute headache phase of migraines with and without aura.The tablets are also used for tension headaches and mild to moderate pain such as headaches, toothaches, menstrual pain and fever, colds and flu-like infections.
