Product features: Mepitel One is a transparent silicone mesh dressing with Safetac technology designed to treat painful wounds and sensitive skin. Its open mesh structure allows good drainage of exudate. The dressing adheres on one side only, which offers easy application and minimised risk of maceration. Mepitel One can remain on the wound for up to 14 days without interfering with the healing process. Safetac technology minimises trauma and pain during dressing changes and protects against maceration. The dressing is suitable for a variety of wounds such as lacerations, abrasions, burns, ulcers, etc. For exuding wounds, the combination of Mepitel One with Mextra Superabsorbent is recommended.
