The dressing contains integrated silver, which has an antimicrobial effect and is effective for up to seven days. This effect protects against a wide range of pathogens, including MRSA. The dressing provides effective leakage protection and is snug and cushiony for comfort. The Allevyn Silver Foam Dressing is easy to apply and remove and allows atraumatic dressing changes, minimising patient pain.
