Menopause is a natural phase in every woman's life and is experienced differently from person to person.From around the age of 40 to 45, the ovaries produce less estrogen, which can lead to various side effects.These range from mood swings, sleep disorders and inner restlessness to hot flashes.Hot flashes are a very common complaint that can appear differently in women, accompanied by palpitations, sweating or dizziness.
The black cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa) owes its name to its white, clustered flowers.This medicinal plant comes from North America and has been used for gynecological complaints for over 100 years.
Area of application
This herbal medicine is used for menopausal symptoms to relieve psychological and neurovegetative symptoms caused by menopause.These include hot flashes, sleep disorders and mood disorders.
Active ingredients / ingredients / ingredients
Each film-coated tablet contains 6.5 mg black cohosh rhizome dry extract, prepared with ethanol 60% (V/V) as an extractant.The other ingredients are calcium carbonate, carboxymethyl starch sodium salt type A, cellulose powder, microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose, lactose-1-water, macrogol 4000, magnesium stearate, corn starch, colloidal silicon dioxide, 0.01 BE total carbohydrates and 1 mmol total sodium ion.
Dosage
Always take the medicine exactly as directed.The usual dose is one film-coated tablet once a day.Do not take the medicine for more than three months without medical advice.If you have taken more than you should, please contact a doctor.Do not take a double dose if you forget to take the previous dose.
Intake
If possible, the medicine should always be taken with sufficient fluid at the same time of day, either in the morning or in the evening.
Patient information
Particular caution is required when taking the drug if you are also using estrogen-containing drugs.In this case you must consult your doctor.Stop taking immediately and seek medical attention if signs of liver damage occur.If you have menstrual irregularities or persistent, unclear symptoms, you should consult a doctor.

Contraindications
