Information for use with the article Laxatan M Granules: Laxatan M is a modern laxative for the treatment of constipation. It contains macrogol, inulin and electrolytes. Laxatan M works reliably and gently, supports the intestinal flora and mineral balance and has a pleasant lemony taste. Children and adolescents under 16 years of age should only take Laxatan M after consulting their doctor. Pregnant women and nursing mothers should also consult their doctor before taking it. The recommended dosage is 1 sachet of Laxatan M 1-3 times a day, dissolved in a glass of water. It can be taken at any time of the day, regardless of meals. Treatment with Laxatan M normally lasts a maximum of 30 days, but can be continued for a longer period if necessary. It should be stored out of the reach of children.
