Directions for use of Movicol aromafrei Powder for solution preparation: Movicol aromafrei is a laxative for the treatment of acute and chronic constipation in adults, adolescents and elderly patients. It is not recommended for children under 12 years of age. The product helps with comfortable bowel movements, even after suffering from constipation for a long time. The recommended amount of liquid is 2 to 2.5 litres per day. Movicol aroma-free can be taken independently of meals. The dosage for constipation is 1-3 sachets per day, depending on the severity of the constipation. The contents of one sachet are dissolved in half a glass of water and the solution is drunk. The treatment usually lasts 2 weeks. If you are taking it for a longer period, you should consult your doctor. The recommended dose during long-term treatment is usually 1-2 sachets per day. If you have taken too much Movicol aroma-free, diarrhoea and dehydration may occur. In this case, you should stop taking the medicine and drink plenty of fluids. If you forget a dose, take it as soon as you remember. Keep the product out of the reach of children. It should not be stored above 25 °C. The unused solution should be disposed of within 24 hours.
