Hydrocortisone STADA 5 mg/g cream is used for inflammatory and allergic skin diseases with minor symptoms and is suitable for children from 6 years and adults. The cream contains the active substance hydrocortisone and should be used for a maximum of 2 weeks. It is important to read the package leaflet carefully and to follow the doctor's or pharmacist's instructions exactly. The cream is applied thinly to the affected areas of the skin and rubbed in gently. If there is improvement, the application can be reduced to once a day or every 2-3 days. Hydrocortisone STADA must not be used in cases of known allergy to hydrocortisone or any of the other ingredients, chickenpox, vaccination reactions, certain skin infections or acne-like symptoms. Pregnant women in the first trimester of pregnancy should not use the medicine. Side effects such as burning, itching, tightness or skin changes may occur. If you experience blurred vision or other visual disturbances, you should consult a doctor. The cream should be kept out of the reach of children and should not be stored above 30 °C. Do not use the medicine after the expiry date. In case of side effects, you should consult a doctor or pharmacist.
