Baldriparan® Sleep Spray is a dietary supplement that contains a combination of melatonin, hemp seed extract and valerian extract.Getting enough sleep is crucial for our well-being, but sometimes it is difficult to fall asleep.Melatonin, also known as the natural sleep hormone, helps regulate our day-night rhythm and allows us to relax in the evening.The Baldriparan® sleep spray supports this process by shortening the time it takes to fall asleep.This positive effect occurs when 1 mg of melatonin, equivalent to 2 sprays, is taken shortly before going to bed.In addition to melatonin, the spray contains extracts from hemp seeds and valerian, which support the effect.The product is not intoxicating and has no habituation effect.It tastes pleasantly of lemon and mint.

Ingredients

Water, humectant: glycerin, ethanol, melatonin (0.25%), extract preparation from valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) (0.25%), extract preparation from hemp seeds (Cannabis sativa L.) (0.25%), emulsifier: polysorbate 80, flavor, preservative: potassium sorbate, acidulant: citric acid.

Recommended consumption

Spray 2 sprays directly into the mouth just before going to bed.The recommended daily consumption amount must not be exceeded.

Compatibility

Baldriparan® sleep spray is well tolerated.It is vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free and fructose-free.The sleep spray contains no sugar and can therefore easily be used after brushing your teeth.
