Doppelherz A-Z+Omega-3 All-in-one System Capsules are a food supplement containing carefully balanced vitamins, minerals and trace elements. It contains 19 selected vitamins and minerals from A-Z, as well as coenzyme Q10, lutein and omega-3 from highly purified sea fish oils. The vitamins C, D, A, selenium and zinc contained contribute to the normal function of the immune system and vitamin C, selenium and zinc protect the cells against oxidative stress. Vitamin B12 reduces tiredness and fatigue and vitamins B1, B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy metabolism.
