Ingredients of Magnerot® 1000 inject ampoules: 1083.65 mg D-gluconic acid, magnesium salt x water, 2.4 mmol magnesium ion, 1000 mg D-gluconic acid, magnesium salt, 58.3 mg magnesium ion, hydrochloric acid, concentrated excipient, water, excipient for injection purposes.

Contraindications

The medicine must not be used if you are allergic to magnesium D-gluconate or any of the other ingredients of this medicine, if you have muscle weakness (myasthenia gravis), if the heart beats slowly (pronounced bradycardia), if you are predisposed to kidney stones (magnesium-calcium-ammonium phosphate stone diathesis), if there are disorders of the conduction of the heart (e.g. AV-block), if you have severe kidney dysfunction.

Dosage

Recommended use of Magnerot® 1000 inject ampoules: For intramuscular (IM) and intravenous (IV) use (injection).The intramuscular injection must be deep.The intravenous injection must be carried out very slowly with the patient lying down (the first 3 ml in 3 minutes).The injection of one ampoule should be repeated every 1 to 2 days.Treatment over several weeks is recommended.
