COPYRKAL Tablets are used to treat mild to moderately severe pain, such as headaches, toothaches and period pains. The medicine contains the active ingredients paracetamol and caffeine. It must not be used in cases of known hypersensitivity to paracetamol or caffeine, in the treatment of infants and young children and in children under 12 years of age. In certain health conditions such as liver or kidney dysfunction, Gilbert's syndrome, stomach or intestinal ulcer and hyperthyroidism, COPYRKAL Tablets should only be used under medical supervision. The medicine should not be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Side effects may include skin redness, allergic reactions, muscle pain, shortness of breath and heart palpitations. The dosage and directions for use state that adolescents 12 years and older and adults can take 1-2 tablets 1-4 times a day, but not more than 8 tablets a day. The duration of treatment should not exceed 3 days, otherwise a doctor should be consulted.
