Summary: Nasic nasal spray for children without preservatives is a nasal spray to reduce swelling of the nasal mucous membrane in case of a cold and to support the healing of damage to the skin and mucous membrane. It contains the active ingredient xylometazoline hydrochloride, which constricts the blood vessels and thus reduces the swelling of the nasal mucosa. It also contains dexpanthenol, which promotes wound healing and protects the mucous membrane. The nasal spray is used in children aged 2 to 6 years. The dosage depends on individual sensitivity and clinical effect. It is recommended not to use the spray for more than 7 days unless specifically ordered by the doctor. In case of overdose, various symptoms may occur, therefore a doctor should be contacted immediately in this case. The medicine may be used for a maximum of 6 months after opening and should be stored at room temperature.
