Mode of action

One tablet ASS AL 100 TAH contains 100 mg of acetylsalicylic acid as an active ingredient.Other ingredients include corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose and cellulose powder.

Application

The tablets are taken whole after meals with plenty of liquid.They should not be taken on an empty stomach.The recommended dosage is:

For unstable angina pectoris and acute heart attack: 1 tablet daily.For reinfarction prophylaxis: 3 tablets daily.After surgery on arterial blood vessels: 1 tablet daily.To prevent temporary lack of blood flow to the brain and cerebral infarction: 1 tablet daily.
