LORA-ADGC® Tablets

LORA-ADGC® Tablets are a proven remedy for relieving allergy symptoms such as hay fever, itching, reddened skin and watery eyes.The active ingredient loratadine works reliably for 24 hours and is suitable for children aged 2 and over.No prescription is required for this product.

Active ingredients and ingredients

Each tablet contains 10 mg of the active ingredient loratadine.The following ingredients are also included: lactose monohydrate, corn starch, magnesium stearate and povidone K 25.

Areas of application

LORA-ADGC® is used to treat the symptoms of allergic rhinitis, such as hay fever, and chronic, idiopathic urticaria (hives of unknown cause).The active ingredient is well tolerated and can be used in children aged 2 and over.Unlike older antihistamines, loratadine causes less fatigue and its effects are long-lasting, so it only needs to be taken once a day.

Dosage

The recommended dose is:

Adults and children over 12 years of age and children weighing over 30 kg should take 1 tablet (equivalent to 10 mg of loratadine) once daily.

Children aged 2 to 12 years with a body weight of 30 kg or less should take 1/2 tablet (equivalent to 5 mg of loratadine) once daily.

Intake

The tablets are intended to be taken orally.They can be taken with a glass of water, regardless of meals.The tablet can be divided into equal doses.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, the product should not be used.

Patient information

The use of this medicine should be discontinued at least 48 hours before skin testing is performed, otherwise antihistamines such as this medicine may prevent or weaken positive reactions to the skin test.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding

No teratogenic effects of loratadine were found in animal studies.The safety of using loratadine during pregnancy has not been established.It is therefore not recommended to use this medicine during pregnancy.Since loratadine passes into breast milk, it is not recommended to be used during breastfeeding.

Keep this medicine out of the reach and reach of children.Contains lactose!Please do not use this medicine after the expiry date stated on the pack or outer packaging.The expiry date refers to the last day of the specified month.
