Dosage and instructions for use

The recommended dosage for adults and children 10 years and older is 1/2 teaspoon of the tea poured over boiling water. The tea should be taken in the evening before going to bed. The dose can be increased to 1-2 cups per day if necessary to achieve soft-formed stools. The effect usually occurs after 8-12 hours. The tea is not used after 1-2 weeks unless recommended by a doctor.

Contraindications

Ramend laxative tea senna leaves must not be used in case of hypersensitivity to senna leaves, intestinal obstruction, inflammatory bowel disease, abdominal pain of unknown cause and severe dehydration.

Side effects
