Zinc ointment BW is a 10% ointment for external use, which is used as a wound healing agent. The ointment supports wound healing and can also be used for weeping or itching wounds as well as for chapped skin. It also serves as a covering ointment. Precise instructions for use can be found in the package leaflet. As a rule, the ointment is applied to the affected skin areas once or several times a day and covered with a gauze bandage. In principle, the duration of application is not limited. However, it may be advisable to consult a doctor or pharmacist if you feel that the effect is too strong or too weak.
