Information for use on the article Magnesiocard forte 10 mmol: Magnesiocard forte 10 mmol is a mineral preparation for the treatment of magnesium deficiency states requiring therapy which do not require injection/infusion. It is also used in cases of proven magnesium deficiency if it is the cause of muscle activity disorders (neuromuscular disorders, calf cramps). The duration of use depends on the type of complaint and/or duration of the disease and is determined individually by the doctor. The usual dose is 1 sachet 1-2 times a day. The powder is dissolved in water, tea or fruit juice and taken before meals. Side effects such as soft stools or diarrhoea may occur.
