Rephalgin N tablets are a homeopathic medicine used for headaches. The tablets contain the active ingredients Iris versicolor Trit. D4, Gelsemium Trit. D4, Sanguinaria Trit. D6 and Spigelia Trit. D4. This is an over-the-counter medicine recommended for the treatment of minor ailments. Children under 12 years of age should not take the medicine. A doctor or pharmacist should be consulted before use, especially in the event of vomiting, impaired vision or consciousness, or if the symptoms are persistent, unclear or new. During pregnancy and breast-feeding, the medicine should only be used after consulting a doctor. The tablets are dissolved in the mouth and must not be taken for a long time without medical advice.
