REPHALGIN® N tablets are a homeopathic medicine used for the treatment of headaches. The tablets contain the active ingredients Iris versicolor Trit. D4, Gelsemium Trit. D4, Sanguinaria Trit. D6 and Spigelia Trit. D4. You should let the tablets melt in your mouth. The recommended dosage for acute conditions is 1 tablet every half to one hour, at most 6 times a day, while for chronic conditions 1 tablet should be taken 1 to 3 times a day. Long-term use should only be done in consultation with a homeopathically experienced therapist. Side effects may occur, but poisoning due to overdose has not been reported so far. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult their doctor before taking the medicine. Rephalgin N Tablets contain lactose and should therefore only be taken after consulting a doctor if you are lactose intolerant. The package leaflet contains further important information.
