Haenal Akut Creme contains the active substance quinisocaine hydrochloride and is used to treat haemorrhoids. The medicine is used for superficial application to relieve burning and itching in the anal area. It should only be used daily for one week and if there is no improvement after this time or the symptoms get worse, you should see a doctor. The medicine should not be used if you are allergic to the active ingredient or other ingredients, or if you have bleeding haemorrhoids. There are also precautions and instructions for use that should be followed. Side effects are rare and may include skin irritation or allergic skin reactions. For me, the problems with the haemorrhoids came on very suddenly. Especially because I eat healthily and do a lot of sport. However, my father already struggled with it, so it could also be genetic. Anyway, I tried various ointments and found Haenal acute to be the very best. The best thing about it is that it works immediately after application, i.e. the pain caused by the itching and burning is gone very quickly. You can move freely again immediately, which is particularly important in everyday working life. In addition, 2 applications a day are sufficient because the effect lasts for a very long time. And after a short time, the problems are gone again and the haemorrhoids recede.
