Summary: Cetirizine AbZ 10 mg Film-Coated Tablets contain the active substance cetirizine dihydrochloride and are an anti-allergy medicine. They are used to relieve nasal and eye symptoms in seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis and to relieve hives (urticaria) in adults and children aged 6 years and over. When taken, the tablets should be taken unchewed with some liquid. The recommended dose is 10 mg once daily for adults and adolescents over 12 years of age, while children between 6 and 12 years of age should take 5 mg twice daily. A lower dosage is recommended for patients with kidney weakness. The duration of intake depends on the individual symptoms. It should be noted that the medicine contains lactose and should be taken with caution if allergies to components of the medicine or impaired kidney function are present.
