Ibuflam-Lysine 400 mg Film-Coated Tablets are a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatic drug (NSAID) used for the symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate acute pain. This includes headache, toothache, muscle pain and period pain. The medicine can also be used for fever. Adults and teenagers weighing 40 kg or more (12 years and older) can take the medicine. It is recommended not to take more than 3 tablets in 24 hours. The dose should be taken every 6 hours. Prolonged use of more than 3 days for migraine headaches or fever should be avoided. The film-coated tablets should be stored at room temperature and protected from moisture. Before use, the directions for use should be followed to avoid side effects and interactions with other medicines. It is advised that the medicine should not be used by children under 12 years of age and that caution should be exercised in patients with certain underlying conditions such as peptic ulcers, bleeding tendencies or renal and hepatic impairment. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use. Possible side effects may include gastrointestinal discomfort, headache, dizziness and skin reactions. It should be noted that the total dose should not be exceeded and the drug should not be combined with alcohol. Use of the medicine must not impair the ability to react, especially when driving or operating machinery.
