Instructions for use for TALIDAT Chew pastilles against heartburn, 20 pcs

TALIDAT KAUPASTILLEN are a medicinal product for the treatment of stomach ulcers, duodenal ulcers, heartburn and acid-related stomach complaints. They contain the active ingredient hydrotalcite, which binds and neutralises stomach acid. The recommended dosage for adolescents aged 13 and over and adults is 1-2 chewable tablets 1-6 times a day. The total dose should not be exceeded without consulting a doctor or pharmacist. The chewable tablets should be chewed well and taken with some liquid. The duration of use should not exceed 2 weeks. The medicinal product is contraindicated in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients, phosphate deficiency and impaired kidney function. Pregnant women should consult their doctor before taking the medicine. Side effects may occur with long-term use of high doses, such as gastrointestinal complaints and increased magnesium and aluminium levels.
