Information for use of the article HEPATHROMB 30000: - HEPATHROMB 30000 is a cream containing the active ingredient heparin sodium. - It is used to treat swelling after injuries such as sprains, bruises, contusions and haematomas. - Before use, it should be noted that the medicine should not be used if you are allergic to heparin sodium, methyl or propyl 4-hydroxybenzoate or other components of the medicine, or if you suffer from platelet depletion due to heparin. - When using the medicine, avoid getting it in the eyes, on open wounds or weeping eczema. - The duration of use should be in consultation with a doctor and the recommended dose is 2-3 times daily. - Possible side effects are rare and may include allergic reactions, skin redness and itching. - People with hypersensitivity to heparin or parabens should not use the medicine. - The medicine has no effect on the ability to drive or operate machinery. - Pregnant and breastfeeding women can use the medicine as there are no known harmful effects on the baby. - The cream contains other ingredients such as methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate, propyl 4-hydroxybenzoate, dexpanthenol, allantoin, vaseline, white, glycerol 85%, cetylstearyl alcohol and purified water. - The cream is applied externally and is available in 50 g, 100 g and 150 g packs.
