Directions for use of Rhinospray Plus bei Schnupfen mit Feinosierer: Rhinospray Plus for rhinitis is a nasal spray with the active substance tramazoline hydrochloride. It is used to reduce the swelling of the nasal mucosa in rhinitis, allergic rhinitis and sinusitis. It also facilitates the drainage of secretions in tubal catarrh associated with the common cold. Certain precautions should be observed before use. Rhinospray Plus must not be used if you are hypersensitive to tramazoline, camphor, cineole, levomenthol or other components of the spray. It must also not be used in cases of narrow-angle glaucoma, after surgical procedures on the nasal cavity with exposed meninges, in cases of dry inflammation of the nasal mucosa with bark formation, or in babies and small children under 6 years of age. In the case of certain diseases such as increased intraocular pressure, severe cardiovascular diseases and other disorders, use is only recommended after consultation with the doctor. The dosage of Rhinospray Plus is one spray into each nostril up to 3 times a day. The nose should be cleaned before use. The nasal spray should only be used for about 5-7 days unless the doctor recommends longer use. If necessary, the dosing spray can be used again after a break of several days. Side effects may occur, such as Restlessness, headache, palpitations, nosebleeds and nausea. In rare cases, a skin rash, itching and swelling of the skin may also occur. If side effects occur, a doctor should be consulted. Rhinospray Plus should be kept out of the reach of children. The expiry date is stated on the packaging. After opening the bottle, the nasal spray can be stored for 12 months. Medicines that are no longer used should be disposed of according to the instructions to protect the environment. The pack contains 1 mg/ml Rhinospray Plus Nasal Spray, solution with tramazoline as the active ingredient. Other ingredients are benzalkonium chloride, cineol, levomenthol, camphor, citric acid monohydrate and other ingredients.
