Information for use on the article "ben-u-ron direkt 250mg Granules Strawberry/Vanilla": This medicine contains the active substance paracetamol and is used to treat mild to moderate pain and/or fever in children aged 4 to 11 years. It is important to follow the dosage recommendations and not to take the medicine for more than 3 days unless directed to do so by a doctor. Ben-u-ron direct should not be taken if there is hypersensitivity to paracetamol or if there is acute hepatitis. Particular caution is advised in the case of liver dysfunction, kidney damage, chronic alcohol consumption or certain genetic diseases. Side effects may include anaemia, oedema, gastrointestinal problems, skin reactions and kidney disease. Overdose can be severe and should be avoided.
