Fizamol 500 mg Effervescent Tablets are an analgesic and antipyretic medicine containing the active substance paracetamol. It is used for the symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain such as headache, toothache, period pain and/or fever. The effervescent tablets dissolve in water and are easy to dose. The recommended dose for children aged 11-12 years is 1 effervescent tablet 1-4 times daily, and for adolescents aged 12 years and over and adults 1-2 effervescent tablets 1-4 times daily.
