Instructions for use for SPALT Painkiller tablets, 10 pcs

Spalt Schmerztabletten (pack size: 10 tablets) are used by adults and adolescents aged 12 and over to relieve acute mild to moderate pain. These include headaches, toothaches and period pains. It is important that painkillers are not used for longer than stated in the leaflet and that the leaflet is read before use and the doctor or pharmacist is consulted if there are any questions. The usual dose for adults is one tablet, up to three times a day, 4-8 hours apart. The maximum daily dose of 4 tablets should not be exceeded. The tablets should either be dissolved in some liquid or taken unchewed with sufficient liquid. The duration of use should not exceed 3 days unless medical or dental advice is available. Particular caution should be exercised in patients with hepatic or renal impairment and in certain groups of patients such as children under 12 years of age, pregnant and lactating women. Side effects may occur, including gastrointestinal discomfort, headache and dizziness. It is important to follow the dosage and directions for use and to consider possible contraindications and interactions with other medicines.
