Rhinoclir® Baby & Child Nasal Douche is a product with sterile isotonic Ringer's solution that has been specially developed for cleaning the nasal cavity of infants and children.The solution contains important minerals such as potassium and calcium, with calcium playing a crucial role in the function of the cilia.Cilia are fine cilia in the nose that are responsible for removing nasal mucus.The composition of Rhinoclir® Baby & child nasal douche is particularly well tolerated by the mucous membrane and cilia, as no preservatives or harmful propellants have been used.

Ingredients

The ingredients of Rhinoclir® Baby & child nasal shower include sodium chloride (0.86 g), potassium chloride (0.03 g), calcium chloride (0.033 g) and purified water ad 100 ml. This composition ensures a mild and tolerable cleansing of the nose.

Application

Rhinoclir® Baby & child nasal shower is used to clean the nasal cavity, to loosen crusts, mucus and bark and as an accompanying measure for colds and allergic rhinitis.The sterile solution is also suitable for use before and after nose operations, although the treating doctor's advice should be sought beforehand.The spray head is specially adapted to the needs of infants and children to prevent it from penetrating too deeply into the nose.The fine spray mist ensures particularly mild application.

Application instructions

To use, the protective cap is removed from the spray can and the child is placed on a safe, elevated surface.The nasal adapter is only inserted up to the marked thickening and a short spray is delivered into each nostril.After application, the liquid that comes out is dabbed off with a soft cloth.No prescription is required for this product.

Hygiene measures

Nose adapter and cap should be kept clean.After each use, the nose adapter is carefully removed from the spray can and cleaned with hot water.Boiling water and dishwashers should be avoided to prevent damage to the spray head.The adapter must be completely dry before replacing it on the spray can.The spray system should only be used by one person at a time to avoid infection.
