Bifon® Cream - Give legs to athlete's foot

Bifon® Cream with the active ingredient bifonazole is an effective solution for skin and athlete's foot.Many people long to walk barefoot on the grass in spring and summer, but about a third of Germans suffer from athlete's foot or nail fungus, which makes this difficult.Bifon® Cream helps to treat the fungus quickly and effectively and prevent it from spreading.

Simple and effective application

Bifon® Cream is easy to use and effective in daily use.It reliably combats fungal diseases of the skin and feet, has a fungicidal and fungistatic effect and quickly relieves itching and redness.The active ingredient bifonazole inhibits inflammation and is well tolerated by the skin.One application per day is enough.

Broad spectrum of effectiveness

Bifon® Cream is effective against various pathogens that can cause fungal skin diseases.It is effective for all skin infections caused by dermatophytes, yeasts or molds.These include fungal diseases of the skin and skin folds, mycoses between the fingers and toes, bran fungal lichen, superficial yeast fungal diseases of the skin and dwarf lichen.

How bifonazole works

Bifon® Cream uses the active ingredient bifonazole, which is particularly effective against fungal skin diseases.The broad-spectrum antifungal agent attacks the fungus at two crucial points in its growth process, preventing it from spreading and promoting rapid healing.

Tips against skin fungus

To prevent fungal skin infections, you should follow these tips:

Keep affected skin areas clean and dry to prevent fungal growth.Wear breathable clothing and shoes that allow good ventilation and reduce moisture.Avoid scratching affected areas to prevent further spread.Disinfect personal items and do not share towels or clothing with others.Treat skin and athlete's foot with antifungal creams, sprays, or gels according to instructions.Change socks daily and wear shoes in public showers or locker rooms.If you have persistent infections, see a doctor.

Application

Bifon® Cream is applied thinly to the affected skin areas once a day, preferably in the evening before going to bed, and rubbed in lightly.For application to a palm-sized area, about 1 cm strand length is generally sufficient.Before each use, wash the affected skin areas to remove loose skin cells and any residue from the last treatment.After washing, dry them thoroughly, especially in hard-to-reach areas such as between the toes.

Depending on the infection, consistent use for 2 to 4 weeks is recommended, even after the symptoms have subsided, in order to keep the fungus away permanently.If your condition worsens or does not improve after about 1 week, you should see a doctor.

Notes

Bifon® Cream contains cetostearyl alcohol.Please do not use this medicine after the expiry date stated on the pack or outer packaging.The expiry date refers to the last day of the specified month.

Ingredients

Active ingredient: 1 g of cream contains 10 mg of bifonazole.Other ingredients: chlorhexidine digluconate, 2-octyl-1-dodecanol, cetostearyl alcohol, cetyl palmitate, sorbitan stearate, polysorbate 60, purified water.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, the product should not be used.No prescription is required for this product.

Pregnancy

For reasons of caution, the use of bifonazole during pregnancy should only be carried out after careful benefit-risk assessment.The use of bifonazole should be avoided during the 1st trimester of pregnancy.It is not known whether bifonazole is excreted in human milk.As a precaution, breastfeeding should be discontinued during treatment with bifonazole.

Patient information

Particular caution when using the drug is required in children.You should only use the medicine in infants under medical supervision.There is no experience with regard to impairment of the ability to drive or use machines.

Other

This medicine does not require any special storage conditions.After opening the tube for the first time, Bifon® Cream has a shelf life of 8 weeks.
