Information for use with the article Ibudex 200 mg Film-Coated Tablets: - Ibudex 200 mg contains the active substance ibuprofen and is an anti-inflammatory and painkilling medicine. - It is used for the short-term treatment of mild to moderate pain such as headache, toothache, period pain and fever. - The recommended dose for adults is 1-2 film-coated tablets (200-400 mg) per day, for children and adolescents depending on their body weight. - The maximum single dose should not be exceeded and should not be taken for longer than 3 days for fever or 4 days for pain. - Side effects such as gastrointestinal discomfort, headache and skin reactions may occur. - The medicine should not be used for children under 6 years of age and in elderly patients 65 years of age and older, treatment should be carefully monitored. - Reaction may be impaired if used as directed. - Prolonged use of analgesics may cause kidney damage. - Alcoholic beverages should not be consumed. - The exact instructions for use, contraindications, side effects, composition and other important information can be found in the package leaflet. - It should be stored out of reach of children and should not be used after the expiry date.
