Directions for use of the article Ibudex 200 mg Film-Coated Tablets IbuDex 200 mg Film-Coated Tablets contain the active substance ibuprofen and are used for the short-term symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain such as headache, toothache, period pain and fever. The recommended dosage for adults is 1-2 film-coated tablets (200-400 mg ibuprofen) per day, depending on body weight. Children and adolescents should not use the medicine for more than 3 days. The medicine should be taken unchewed with plenty of liquid. The maximum single dose should not exceed 6 tablets. Note that the lowest effective dose should be used for the shortest duration. In case of excessive pain or fever, worsening of symptoms or infection, you should consult a doctor immediately. There are some contraindications and side effects to be aware of. The medicine should not be used in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients, ulcers in the digestive tract, active bleeding and certain diseases such as gastrointestinal disorders, bleeding disorders, high blood pressure and heart failure.
