Directions for use of the product Naratriptan Hexal bei Migräne 2,5 mg Naratriptan HEXAL for migraine 2.5 mg film-coated tablets are used to treat the headache phase of migraine attacks. It contains the active substance naratriptan, which belongs to a group of medicines called 5-HT1B/1D receptor agonists. Before taking naratriptan HEXAL for migraine, please note the following points: - Do not use it if you are allergic to naratriptan or any of the other ingredients, have severe liver or kidney dysfunction, have had a stroke, have high blood pressure or have certain heart conditions. - Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you have risk factors for heart disease, have kidney or liver problems or are taking other medicines. - Do not take Naratriptan HEXAL for migraine with other migraine medicines or certain medicines for depression. - The recommended dose for adults is 2.5 mg at the first sign of a migraine attack. - The maximum daily dose is one film-coated tablet. - Be aware of the possible side effects such as dizziness, nausea, vomiting and skin rash.
