The recommended dose is 1 film-coated tablet daily for adolescents 12 years and older and adults. Children aged 6-12 years receive a dosage adjusted to their body weight. In case of renal or hepatic insufficiency, the dosage should be adjusted. The film-coated tablets should be taken unchewed with liquid.
