Instructions for use for BIO-H-TIN Vitamin H 5 mg tablets, 15 pcs
BIO-H-TIN® Vitamin H 5 mg tablets for 1 month
BIO-H-TIN® Vitamin H 5 mg tablets help to counteract a vitamin H deficiency. You can achieve visible results with thin, dull hair as well as with splintering and brittle fingernails. In addition, you can use these tablets to prevent vitamin H deficiency symptoms due to reduced food intake, hormonal changes or stress.
BIO-H-TIN® Vitamin H 5 mg is also used for the prophylaxis and treatment of biotin deficiency states in the very rare biotin-dependent, multiple carboxylase deficiency. No prescription is required for this product.
Mode of action
Vitamin H, also known as the hair and nail vitamin, contributes significantly to keeping your hair and nails healthy. It stimulates the formation of keratin, the building material of nails and hair.Vitamin H increases the metabolic activity of your hair and nails and promotes the development of the important component keratin. This improves the structure and strengthens resistance.Hair, nails and skin noticeably gain in quality and attractiveness.
Hair appears dull and becomes brittle when its outer cuticle layer is abraded or roughened. The closer the scales are to each other, the better the hair quality.Vitamin H can help reduce the gaps between individual scales. In addition, more hair strands are formed, making the hair thicker.Your hair grows approximately 1 cm per month.
Vitamin H promotes the even arrangement of the nail plates and thus strengthens the resistance of the nails.A complete nail renewal takes at least 6 months, with increasing age the duration increases to up to 12 months.Toenails also need 2 years.
Causes of hair and nail problems
Hormonal changes such as those that occur during pregnancy or menopause, metabolic disorders and regular medication use can lead to hair and nail problems.Malnutrition or malnutrition, which is accompanied by an iron or vitamin deficiency, can also cause such problems.Psychological and physical stress, unbalanced nutrition or diets, competitive sports, pregnancy and breastfeeding, stomach and intestinal disorders, artificial nutrition, taking medication, hereditary predisposition and alcoholism are other possible causes.
Top 5 Vitamin H Sources
As a water-soluble nutrient, vitamin H is not stored by the body and must be consumed daily with food.According to the German Nutrition Society (DGE), the daily requirement of adults and young people aged 15 and over is 30 to 60 micrograms per day.Important sources for a sufficient biotin supply are BIO-H-TIN® 2,500 µg/tablet, beef liver with 100.0 µg/100 g, egg yolk with 55.0 µg/100 g, hazelnuts with 35.0 µg/100 g and oat flakes with 20.0 µg/100g.
