Remifemin® mono is a herbal medicine that was specifically developed to relieve menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes and excessive sweating.It contains a unique special isopropanolic extract from the rhizome of black cohosh, known as iCR extract.This extract has been tested for its effectiveness and safety in over 35 studies involving more than 43,000 women.Remifemin® mono is hormone-free and contains no phytoestrogens, making it particularly safe for breast and uterine tissue.

The preparation is ideal for women who only want to take their menopause preparation once a day.It is vegetarian and gluten-free and made in Germany.The effect of Remifemin® mono is based on the hormone-free iCR special extract of black cohosh, which does not promote unwanted tissue growth on the breast or uterus.The Remifemin® mono active ingredients are particularly well tolerated thanks to their herbal mode of action.Habituation effects have not been observed to date.

Remifemin® mono contains 5 mg dry extract from Cimicifuga rhizome (6 - 11: 1), where the extractant is propan-2-ol (40% v/v).Other ingredients are cellulose powder, lactose monohydrate, potato starch and magnesium stearate (vegetable).

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the above ingredients, the product should not be used.

Dosage

The recommended dose is 1 tablet once daily.Please take the tablet whole with sufficient liquid (preferably a glass of drinking water).You can take the tablet regardless of meals.
