SanaCutan base cream is a corticoid-free cream for the treatment of skin diseases such as eczema and dermatitis, which are normally treated with ointments or creams containing corticosteroids. The base cream is particularly suitable for the treatment of acute weeping skin conditions. However, the ingredients may cause localised skin irritation. Pregnant women can use the cream, but should not apply it to the breast area to avoid babies absorbing cream ingredients with their breast milk.
