Gingobeta 120 mg film-coated tablets are a herbal medicinal product containing a dry extract of Ginkgo biloba leaves. It is used to improve age-related cognitive impairment and quality of life in mild dementia. The recommended dosage is one film-coated tablet twice daily for adults and elderly patients. It should be taken in the morning and evening. There is no relevant information on dosage in children and adolescents and in patients with impaired kidney or liver function. Treatment should last at least 8 weeks. There are no known cases of overdose. In case of forgotten intake, the double amount should not be taken. The film-coated tablets should be swallowed whole with a glass of water and can be taken independently of meals. No special storage conditions are required. Before use, it should be clarified whether there is an intolerance to certain sugars. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should not take the medicine.
