This medicine contains the active ingredient naproxen, which has analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects.It is used for mild to moderate pain such as period pain, headache, toothache and fever.No prescription is required for this product.

Mode of action

Naproxen axicur 250 mg tablets relieve pain and accompanying symptoms of period pain.The active ingredient naproxen belongs to the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAR) and has anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects.

One Naproxen axicur 250 mg tablet contains 250 mg of the active ingredient naproxen.The preparation also contains the following other ingredients: lactose monohydrate, corn starch, iron (III) oxide, hyprolose, crospovidone and magnesium stearate.

Area of application

Naproxen axicur 250 mg tablets are used for the short-term symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain.These include period pain, headache, toothache and fever.

Dosage

The recommended dose for adults and adolescents aged 12 and over is initially one tablet (250 mg naproxen).Additional single doses may be taken 8 to 12 hours apart, but no more than three tablets per day (750 mg naproxen).Patients with impaired liver or kidney function should not take more than two tablets per day.

The tablets should be taken whole with plenty of liquid, if possible before meals.If you have a sensitive stomach, it is advisable to take it with meals.If you have any questions about dosage or effects, you should consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Pregnancy
