Ibu-Lysin - 1 A Pharma 400 mg Film-Coated Tablets are used for the short-term symptomatic treatment of headache and migraine pain in adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over with a body weight of 40 kg or more. The active substance ibuprofen relieves pain, reduces inflammation and lowers fever by inhibiting the production of prostaglandin. It should always be taken exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. The recommended dose for adults and adolescents weighing 40 kg or more is 1 film-coated tablet with water up to 3 times a day, with an interval of at least 6 hours between doses. However, the intake should not exceed 3 days unless recommended by a doctor. In the event of an overdose, symptoms such as headache, dizziness, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, drop in blood pressure, drowsiness and breathing difficulties may occur. In such cases, a doctor should be consulted immediately. The medicine should not be used in children under 12 years of age, in case of hypersensitivity reactions to the ingredients, ulcers in the digestive tract, impaired liver or kidney function, heart disease, active bleeding and certain other conditions. Side effects may also occur, such as gastrointestinal discomfort, headache, dizziness, fatigue, skin reactions and shortness of breath.
