Dosage and application

The film-coated tablets should be swallowed whole with water.For patients with sensitive stomachs, it is recommended to take the tablets with meals.The film-coated tablets have a score line that is used to split the tablet if there is difficulty swallowing.

The recommended dose for adults and adolescents weighing 40 kg or more (12 years and older) is 1 film-coated tablet up to 3 times a day.The interval between doses should be at least 6 hours.The maximum daily dose should not exceed 3 film-coated tablets (1,200 mg ibuprofen).

If use is necessary for more than 3 days or symptoms worsen, medical advice should be sought.

Mode of action

The active ingredient ibuprofen has a pain-relieving, anti-inflammatory and fever-reducing effect.These effects are based on the inhibition of a substance produced in the body called prostaglandin, which is responsible for the sensation of pain, inflammatory reactions and the increase in body temperature.

Composition

Each film-coated tablet contains 400 mg ibuprofen (as ibuprofen-DL-lysine (1:1)).The other ingredients include microcrystalline cellulose, silica coated, copovidone, carboxymethyl starch sodium (type A), magnesium stearate, poly(vinyl alcohol), partially hydrolyzed, titanium dioxide (E171), talc, macrogol 4000, methacrylic acid-ethyl acrylate copolymer (1:1), sodium bicarbonate.

Contraindications

Ibu-Lysin - 1 A Pharma must not be used in cases of hypersensitivity to the ingredients, ulcers in the digestive tract, bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract, impaired liver or kidney function, heart failure, active bleeding such as cerebral hemorrhages, blood clotting disorders, blood formation disorders and severe dehydration.If you have certain previous illnesses or are taking medication, you should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.

Side effects
