This herbal medicine is used to support the treatment of inflammatory diseases of the urinary tract.No prescription is required for this product.

Active ingredients and ingredients

The preparation contains 5.5 g of bearberry leaf extract, made with water and calcium oxide in a ratio of 44:1.It also contains 0.56 g of anhydrous arbutin.Ethanol 96% (V/V) and drinking water are available as auxiliary materials.

Contraindications

The medicine must not be used if you are known to be hypersensitive to bearberry leaves or any of the other ingredients.It is not suitable for use during pregnancy, breastfeeding and children under 12 years of age, also due to the alcohol content.Alcoholics should also not use the medicine.

Dosage

Always take the medicine exactly as directed.If you are unsure, please ask your doctor or pharmacist.The usual dosage for adults and adolescents aged 12 and over is 2 to 3 ml up to 4 times a day, spread throughout the day and taken as desired with a little water.

The medicine should not be used for longer than 1 week at a time and no more than 5 times a year without medical advice.Please note the information in the categories “Patient information” and “Side effects”".

Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you think the effect is too strong or too weak.

No more of the medicine should be taken per day than stated in the dosage instructions or prescribed by the doctor.In the event of an accidental overdose, a doctor should be consulted, even if no symptoms have yet occurred.

If you miss a dose, do not take a double dose next time, but continue taking it as prescribed.

Patient information

If you have blood in your urine, fever or symptoms that persist for more than 7 days, you should see a doctor.

The medicine contains 22% alcohol by volume.When you take 3 ml, you get up to 0.7 g of alcohol.Caution is advised for people with liver disease, alcoholics, epileptics, brain damage, pregnant women and children.The effect of other medicines may be impaired or increased.

Because of the alcohol content, the medicine may have a moderate influence on the ability to drive and use machines.

Pregnancy

The product must not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding or in children under 12 years of age due to the alcohol content.
