Autan Defense tick protection pump spray offers reliable protection against ticks for up to 12 hours.Ticks can transmit pathogens such as Lyme disease.This product is suitable for children aged 2 years and over.No prescription is required for this product.

Active ingredients and ingredients

The main active ingredient in Autan Defense Tick Repellent Pump Spray is Icaridin, which makes up 25% of the product.The remaining 75% consists of other ingredients.

Application

Before using the tick repellent spray, you should apply other cosmetic products or sunscreen to the skin.Repellents can be used in combination with moisturizers, sunscreens and cosmetics, but the repellent should be applied last.Hold the spray approximately 15-20 cm from the skin and spray generously onto all exposed skin areas.Pay particular attention to areas behind the ears, on the knuckles and on the backs of the hands, which are often forgotten.Avoid spraying the product into the eye and mouth area.If you want to apply the repellent to your face, spray some onto your hands and then apply gently.Do not apply the product to cuts, wounds or sunburns.Wash your hands after use.

When using on children, you should not spray the repellent directly on the child.Instead, spray it on your hands and then gently apply it to any exposed area of the child's skin.For children aged 2 years and over, the product should not be used more than once per day.Adults can use the repellent a maximum of three times a day.Repeat application as recommended by the manufacturer to maintain protection.

Contraindications

If you have a known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients in Autan Defense tick repellent pump spray, you should not use the product.
