Instructions for use of the article Wick ZzzQuil Good Night Soft Gums Mango & Banana Wick ZzzQuil Good Night are soft gums with melatonin, vitamin B6 and herbal extracts. These supplements help you fall asleep faster without feeling tired the next day. The soft gums contain 1.0 mg melatonin, 30 mg valerian extract, 10 mg chamomile extract, 10 mg lavender extract and 1.4 mg vitamin B6. They contain no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives and are lactose- and gluten-free. Take one soft gum 30 minutes before bedtime and allow at least 6 hours of sleep. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. The product should be stored in a cool, dry place below 25 °C and inaccessible to young children. People with long-term sleep problems who are taking medication, have chronic medical conditions or are taking other sleep aids should consult their doctor before taking this product. Do not operate machinery or consume alcohol while taking melatonin. People who are sensitive to the ingredients should avoid taking it. The soft gums have a natural mango and banana flavour and no colourings or preservatives. They should only be taken by people aged 18 and over. Please read the package leaflet before use.
