Hop extract 350 mg capsules are a food supplement containing hops. Hops are rich in secondary plant compounds and have been researched for many years for their calming and sleep-inducing effects. The capsules contain a natural extract from the flowers of the hop, standardised to an extraction ratio of 10:1. The quality of the hop extract is regularly checked by the HPLC-measurement method. The product contains only high-quality and pure ingredients, is free from undesirable additives such as magnesium stearate and is vegan as well as free from gluten, lactose and soy. The recommended intake is one capsule daily, which should be taken with sufficient water. The capsules should ideally be taken 1-2 hours before bedtime.
