What is Milgamma Mono 50 and what is it used for?

Milgamma Mono 50 is a vitamin preparation that contains the active ingredient benfotiamine.It is used for the treatment or prophylaxis of clinical vitamin B1 deficiencies if these cannot be remedied through nutrition.The clinically proven vitamin B1 deficiency can occur with malnutrition and malnutrition, parenteral nutrition over a long period of time, zero diet, hemodialysis, malabsorption, chronic alcoholism, increased requirements such as pregnancy and breastfeeding.It is also used to treat neuropathies and cardiovascular disorders caused by vitamin B1 deficiency.

What Milgamma Mono 50 contains

The active ingredient is benfotiamine.One coated tablet contains 50.0 mg benfotiamine (fat-soluble vitamin B1 derivative).The other ingredients are: Core: corn starch, sucrose, gelatin, talc, stearic acid (Ph. Eur.).Shell: Sucrose, talc, calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide (E 171), white clay, arabic gum, colloidal silicon dioxide, corn starch, macrogol 6000, montan glycol wax, povidone K25, carmellose sodium, glucose syrup, macrogol glycerol hydroxystearate (Ph. Eur.), sodium dodecyl sulfate.The preparation is gluten-free and does not contain lactose.
